In 1996 I graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Medicinal & Pharmaceutical Chemistry. I then started my career with Johnson & Johnson. Throughout my nearly 30 year career in Operations, I've been fortunate to have been given many opportunities to broaden my experience which spans End-to-End Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Change Management, Project Management & Governance. As a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and Lean Greenbelt, I'm always thinking how things can be done better.
The roles I have enjoyed the most have also been the most challenging, where it has possible to make a real difference, through building teams, processes, and delivering change.
I then made the decision to start The Clarity Framework – to bring independent change management expertise and support to more businesses to help employees through change, help them reach their potential and deliver more successful projects.
I'm a 'glass half full' person who strives to make a positive impact to the world around me. Based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, in my spare time I love the great outdoors, walking, running, cycling & wild swimming.

Over my career I have been on the receiving end of change and implemented successful changes involving both people and process. I have an in-depth personal understanding of how to make change easier for people to accept and what can be put in place to ensure it is sustained.
I’ve nearly 30 years experience working in Operations, and I enjoy collaborating and building relationships at all levels, having fun at work, and delivering results. I’m very pragmatic. I tailor my approach for each project but always create clear structure. Obtaining a deep understanding of the current state means that I can give clarity in complex situations – I can help you see the wood for the trees.
My solutions and ideas are always practical and pragmatic - applicable to your business just not theoretical or ’perfect world’ (I’ve never seen a perfect world in Operations!)
I have delivered successful capital investments with a huge impact on people, business improvement programs, cultural change programs and compliance improvement programs. None of these would have been successful without structured, tailored and proactive change management.
