Working along side your teams I will Project Manage your Change, using my practical and structured SUSTAIN methodology. I will align stakeholders to the objectives, implement the change and ensure it is sustained, actually building employee engagement along the way. There’s no ‘fluff’ and time wasting, and this leaves you free to manage to day to day.
Training
I offer comprehensive training in Change Management, supported by additional modules in Resilience and Growth Mindset which can help increase change adoption & engagement. The training can be standalone or in conjunction with a project. I also offer coaching alongside Project Management to build internal Change Management expertise.
Resources
Sitting along side my SUSTAIN methodology are simple, practical templates & checklists to help the Project Team along every step of the way. They prompt the Project Manager to consider all of the impacts of the change, leading to a successful and sustainable outcome.
Support
Can include weekly progress reporting, 121 coaching, sponsor check ins, coaching, sustainability checks and more. We’ll explore the best solution for you.
